Order Processor Kitchen Cabinetry

Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Review and prepare customer quotes. Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding pricing, orders, and product information. Enter quotes and orders into our system. Order materials and coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Monitor order status and keep customers informed throughout the process. Work closely with the sales team to ensure projects move smoothly from quote to completion. Resolve customer questions and order issues professionally and promptly.

Qualifications: Kitchen cabinetry experience is REQUIRED. Please do not apply if you do not have prior experience in the kitchen cabinet industry. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen cabinetry, cabinet sales support, or cabinet order processing. Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and ordering procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and experience with order entry software. Experience with 2020 Design or cabinet manufacturer ordering systems is a plus.
