The Role: The Chief of Staff will operate at the center of the CEO's agenda, working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, business unit presidents, and senior functional leaders. This is a highly visible, enterprise-wide role requiring someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities include: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and operating partner to the Chairman & CEO.Help the CEO establish, communicate, and drive the organization's highest-priority initiatives. Help drive organizational effectiveness and improve the cadence of executive decision-making. Support strategic communications and ensure consistent messaging across senior leadership. Step into complex or sensitive situations where the CEO needs an experienced executive capable of bringing structure, judgment, and urgency. Take on special projects and enterprise priorities that require senior-level leadership and cross-functional influence.
