Senior HR Manager: People Ops & Engagement

Indotronix UK is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support the day-to-day needs of a growing organization in Houston, TX. This mid-to-senior level role requires the ability to independently manage people operations and own key HR processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across employee relations, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement, along with hands-on corporate recruiting experience to partner with management.
