Apply for this role →JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing E&S carrier seeking a Senior Products Liability & Contractors Underwriter to join their expanding underwriting team. This role is ideal for an experienced E&S casualty underwriter who enjoys underwriting complex, hard-to-place risks in a fast-paced, broker-facing environment. The position plays a key role in driving profitable growth across small to middle-market casualty accounts while partnering closely with wholesale brokers throughout the non-admitted market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite new and renewal E&S casualty business focused on Products liability and Contractors risks• Evaluate risk exposures, pricing, and coverage terms while balancing profitability and growth goals• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokers to drive new business and retention Qualifications• 2+ years of E&S underwriting experience required• Products liability and contractors underwriting experience required
