Commercial Real Estate Agent

Location: Miami, FL | Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the Role

Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors. Conduct property tours and assist clients with leasing and sales transactions. Research market trends, property values, and comparable listings. Negotiate deals and coordinate transactions from start to finish. Collaborate with senior brokers and the marketing team.

Requirements: Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license (required).Previous commercial real estate experience (required).Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Knowledge of commercial real estate platforms and CRM systems. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
