Spa Attendant - FT

Primary Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival; provide spa orientation and offer amenities such as water, robes, towels, slippers, and refreshments Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and answer general questions regarding the spa and property Maintain cleanliness of reception areas, treatment rooms, sauna and steam rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, fitness center, and lounge areas Stock and replenish towels, linens, supplies, and amenities throughout the spa; maintain the linen closet in a clean and orderly manner Respond to guest requests pertaining to spa cleanliness, amenities, and linens; resolve guest concerns within scope of authority and refer matters to management as appropriate Report needed repairs, maintenance issues, safety concerns, and unusual circumstances to management immediately Assist with beverage preparation and service, restocking of hospitality stations, and upkeep of lounge areas Log and return lost-and-found items in accordance with spa procedures Comply with all safety policies, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and hazardous material (HAZMAT) handling procedures
