Mid-Level to Senior Computer Hardware & Software Patent Litigation Associate

Overview: Experience is required in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB, specifically within the computer hardware and software domain. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A USPTO registration number is preferred.
