Work Environment: The Physical Therapist position is primarily onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in West Palm Beach. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop tailored treatment plans in accordance with physician recommendations. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address the specific needs of patients, facilitating recovery for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in collaborative multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and strategies aimed at optimizing patient outcomes. Deliver patient education and training to ensure patients and their caregivers are equipped to follow through with prescribed therapies. Demonstrate strong customer service skills, actively participating in initiatives that enhance patient experiences and satisfaction. Meet operational goals and metrics as outlined by the clinic, contributing to the business's overall effectiveness and sustainability. Patient Population / Client FocusAt Envisage Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications: A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Current state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting. Current CPR certification. Proficient in verbal and written communication, as well as basic computer skills necessary for managing patient documentation and correspondence. A strong commitment to building lasting relationships with patients and the broader community.

Preferred Experience: Experience working in a rehabilitation facility setting. Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based practice methodologies to enhance patient care. Interest in specializing in specific areas such as pediatrics, sports medicine, or neurology.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
