𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 | 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗼, 𝗖𝗔 | 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 / 𝗧𝗜 | $𝟭𝟰𝟬𝗞 𝘁𝗼 $𝟭𝟳𝟬𝗞Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor to bring on a Construction Project Manager in San Diego for renovation and tenant improvement work. This is a GC side seat covering commercial and multifamily renovation and TI projects. You'll be the one running the job, not overseeing from a distance.𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:Lead the project from the GC side end to end. Own the budget, drive the schedule, manage the field team, and keep owners, architects, and subs aligned every step of the way.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:Extensive experience in renovation and tenant improvement (TI) construction, commercial or multifamily Experience primarily on the general contractor side, not construction managementA bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Strong working knowledge of construction management and scheduling technology𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):MEP experience is a strong plus Experience running multiple concurrent renovation or TI projects at once𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:$140K to $170K base salary Permanent, full time San Diego, CAFull benefits packageA GC with a strong renovation and TI pipeline You don't need to tick every box.
