Head of Hardware — Grid-Scale Battery Storage (Equity)

Peak Energy is seeking a Head of Hardware to drive all ESS hardware development, from design through production ramp. You will own subsystem design across mechanical, structural, thermal, reliability, and test domains to ensure safe, scalable hardware for grid-scale storage. You will report to the CTO and lead a cross-functional team, with responsibility for hardware roadmap, qualification, and certification activities for NFPP chemistry-based storage solutions.
