We are representing a highly regarded global law firm that is seeking Fund Finance Associates with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Qualified candidates will have experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings. This is an excellent opportunity to work with prominent banks, asset managers, and lending clients. Location
New York, NY; Charlotte, NCResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on a variety of fund finance transactions including syndicated lending, leverage finance, NAV financings, CLOs, and acquisition financings. Engage in client interactions, working closely with banks, asset managers, and lending clients. Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of relevant experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong law firm legal experience.
Ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
Compensation
Base Salary Range:
