The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of central services, working closely with various stakeholders to implement and track improvement strategies. This role requires a leader who can provide guidance and direction to ensure outcomes align with the company's mission and objectives. The AVP will also be involved in centralized implementations, and reporting, and must have a strong focus on clinical and financial excellence. Essential functions include providing programmatic support services, strategic system program development, and daily management of contact centers, as well as problem-solving, relationship management, and process evaluation. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA/MHA or relevant graduate degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in effective group practice management. Experience in an integrated delivery system is highly desirable. The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of financial management, telephony management, customer relationship management, and other relevant domains. The AVP will be expected to recommend and implement solutions that promote quality improvement, and to integrate and coordinate operations across multiple locations. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining transparency and trust with all teams and stakeholders. The position also involves supervising daily operations and ensuring the provision of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare by a competent staff.
