Conduct individual, and group therapy sessions integrating technology solutions Develop innovative therapy plans involving digital aids Collaborate with the tech team to customize digital tools for therapy Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client records using digital systems Stay updated on new trends in mental health practices and technology Educate the tech community on emotional and mental wellness strategies Proven expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other therapeutic techniques Strong interpersonal xevrcyc and communication skills Technology-savvy, open to integrating digital tools in therapy Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Experience with electronic health or mental health records systems Active state license as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent (not accepting Associates-level licensure) Certification in digital mental health tools is a plus
