Job Summary: Seeking aMarketing Managerto lead go-to-market planning and integrated marketing initiatives for the LensCrafters brand across North America (US, Canada & Puerto Rico). This role will drive brand growth, customer engagement, traffic, sales, and profitability while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Lead development and execution of integrated marketing and CRM campaigns. Ensure consistent brand messaging across customer touchpoints. Develop test-and-learn initiatives based on customer insights and market trends. Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements. Develop and validate customer targeting logic and troubleshoot campaign/data issues. Collaborate with internal and external teams and manage/develop team members. Take ownership of deliverables and communicate proactively with stakeholders.

Required Skills: Strong CRM campaign execution, proofing, and QA experience. Strong SQL and data analysis skills with targeting logic experience. Experience with Unica, Responsys, and Google BigQuery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Figma experience is a plus. Brand/integrated marketing experience preferred.
