Heart Failure Transplant ICU AP — NP/PA (Nights)

Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, TX is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Heart Failure Transplant ICU. You will deliver comprehensive patient care within a top cardiac team and participate in complex post-operative management of heart failure patients. Position supports NP or PA, FT/Nights, rotating weekends/holidays, with no call. Requires AGACNP or PA credential and 2–3 years critical care heart failure experience; training on devices will be provided.
