Autonomous Paralegal: NDA & Legal Ops Lead (Remote)

Giga Energy is seeking a Paralegal to own the NDA and intake process. You’ll drive NDAs to execution independently and maintain a centralized intake system, ensuring the company follows a consistent workflow. This role is highly autonomous and focused on delivering concrete results. This position is remote with light travel and a clear path to take on larger, high-impact legal projects as you prove the process. You’ll collaborate with attorneys and business teams in a fast-growing startup.
