Regional Plumbing Manager sought for Multi-Location Residential Home Services Provider – Southern Division Join a Fast-Growing Home Services Platform Our client is a private-equity-backed residential services platform operating 12+ trusted local Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical brands across multiple states. Their brands share one mission: to deliver same-day, expert service rooted in trust, professionalism, and community reputation. Currently, we seek a well-qualified Regional Plumbing Manager (RPM) to drive overall performance, profitability, operational execution, and growth of the plumbing business in the Southern Region. This position will provide leadership to the region's plumbing operations with a primary focus on improving KPIs, increasing gross margin, controlling labor and material costs, improving productivity, developing employees, and creating consistent operating standards across all locations. Financial Management The RPM will be responsible for understanding and managing the financial performance of the plumbing business.
