Strategic HR Leader — Americas Manufacturing

Grace—a Standard Industries company—seeks an HR Director, Americas Manufacturing North to lead strategic HR across 7 manufacturing sites in the Americas and to support head-office functions. The role reports to the VP HR, Global Operations and is based in Curtis Bay, Maryland. The incumbent will partner with site leaders, drive safety and culture initiatives, develop the regional HR team and manage workforce planning and labor relations to optimize talent and operations.
