Patent Counsel: Protect Innovation & Grow IP Portfolio

Cricut seeks an experienced Patent Counsel to own and build Cricut's patent program under the General Counsel. This hands-on role focuses on prosecution, strategy, and global IP matters across hardware, software, and design technologies. You'll draft, file, and manage U.S. and international patent applications, supervise outside counsel, and advise product teams on IP risk, licensing, and freedom-to-operate considerations to protect Cricut's innovations and competitive position.
