Funds Associate Attorney

An AmLaw-10 firm with a nationally recognized investment funds practice seeks a 3rd–6th year corporate associate to join its Investment Funds Group in Washington, D.C.The role focuses on advising on the formation and operation of domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds, as well as investments in such funds. We are particularly interested in candidates with significant experience in secondary transactions, including both sponsor-side and investor-side representations. Additional experience structuring separately managed accounts and carry vehicles is a plus.
