💼 Senior End User Support Engineer | Midtown NYC | FTE @ $200-225k TC-Please no third parties-Must be eligible to work without sponsorship-Must have extensive experience supporting a fast-paced trading environment.-Must have stable job history The Work You'll be one of three EUS engineers supporting our NYC office — a small, senior team that actually owns the environment. This isn't a ticket queue. You'll be: Supporting a demanding, high-touch user base of investment professionals Running Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and the full M365 stack Writing Power Shell scripts to automate the repeatable stuff Collaborating with Cloud, Desktop Engineering, and Cyber Security on real infrastructure projects Managing AV, conference rooms, telephony — the full EUS picture What my client is looking for:✅ 8+ years in hands-on Microsoft end-user support ✅ Strong Azure / M365 / Intune depth ✅ Power Shell scripting experience ✅ Excellent communication — you'll be face-to-face with senior executives daily ✅ Stable job tenure — we value engineers who plant roots and grow ✅ NYC-based and ready for five days/week in Midtown Finance industry experience is a strong plus.
