Key responsibilities:
Lead purchase price accounting analyses and acquisition accounting under ASC 805
Coordinate valuation activities and analyze acquired assets, liabilities, goodwill, and intangibles
Drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and scalable controls across the organization
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
6-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Public accounting background required; Big Four or national firm experience preferred
CPA strongly preferred
Strong U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and technical accounting expertise
