Customer Service - Onsite Position/Required - Hiring Now in Westford, MA (01748)

Hourly Pay: $55,000-65,000 per year

Work Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with questions and concerns. Resolve complaints professionally. Process orders, payments, and returns. Maintain accurate customer records. Provide friendly and timely customer support.

Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Previous experience preferred but not required.
