Job Description We are seeking a full-time Lab Tech/Support Staff Member to join our probation team in Cumming, GA! You will primarily conduct on-site alcohol & drug tests for misdemeanor offenders and assist with general office duties. Due to the nature of the work and the population being screened, we need a female applicant to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
Greet offenders and process administrative documents Obtain urine samples from misdemeanor offenders for court-ordered alcohol & drug tests Document test results Accept & process payments Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically Track customer issues and resolutions Schedule appointments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in criminal justice, social services, customer service, or other related fields is preferred Must be at least 18 years old Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)Ability to build rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor Ability to work independently ReliableMALE Company Description GPM is one of the oldest and largest private probation companies in Georgia.
