Aviation Dispatch Training Specialist

Jet Blue Airways is seeking an Instructor to provide initial and recurrent training for the Dispatch department, covering Dispatchers, Load Planners, and other staff. The role ensures curricula reflect published policies and utilizes effective delivery methods and technology. The ideal candidate holds a valid FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate, two years of Part 121 experience, and a demonstrated ability to coach and mentor learners. Travel up to 20% may be required.
