💼 What You’ll Do: Review orders and transactions for signs of suspicious activity Investigate fraud alerts and manage assigned review queues Research chargebacks and payment disputes, gather evidence, and prepare responses Spot patterns in fraud activity, disputes, and order behavior Use fraud, payment, and order management platforms to research cases and document findings Work with other teams to resolve fraud-related questions and escalations Recommend improvements to our fraud review processes✅
