Position Summary:
We are hiring a Concrete Foreman for NCDOT and heavy civil projects across North Carolina. This role involves vertical structural concrete work, including retaining walls, box culverts, and cast-in-place concrete.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead concrete crews on civil construction projects
Build, set, and strip concrete forms
Assist with layout, pours, and finishing work
Coordinate with supervisors and inspectors
Maintain safe and productive jobsite operations
Requirements:
Experience as a concrete foreman or lead
Basic knowledge of forming or concrete work
Ability to read plans preferred
Willingness to travel across NC
