Hybrid Insider Threat Leader | Strategy & Detection

Bridgewater Associates in Westport, CT seeks an experienced Insider Threat Program Lead to build and drive our insider risk program. You will monitor for threats, develop detection tools, and partner with HR/Legal to handle investigations while guiding a small team. You will synthesize threat data for senior leadership, stay current on industry trends, and help set the long-term roadmap for staff security and insider threat capabilities in a hybrid on-site environment.
