Objectives Develop and implement maintenance planning, optimize reliability metrics, and improve spare parts management to ensure continuous production.

ensure GMP/GxP compliance
manage maintenance resources and budgets

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field
7+ years in regulated manufacturing environments
3+ years leadership experience
proficiency in CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
experience in biopharma, cell/gene therapy, or aseptic manufacturing
strong understanding of reliability metrics and GMP/GxP practices
High Valuebiopharmaceutical manufacturing, cell or gene therapy, regulated environment, maintenance and reliability optimization, GMP/GxP compliance, CMMS expertise.
Work Setupprimarily on-site, with physical demands including working in mechanical and biohazardous areas, occasional after-hours work, and safety protocols adherence.
