Apply for this role →Yigal Azrouël is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Wholesale Assistant to support our wholesale team and contribute to the day-to-day management of our wholesale business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion, has a strong eye for merchandising and presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced showroom environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, highly organized, and comfortable working closely with the Wholesale Director, buyers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and elevated wholesale experience.
THE ROLE:
Assist the Wholesale Director with wholesale appointments, Market Week, and showroom organization Help prepare the showroom and collections for buyer appointments, ensuring the presentation is polished and on-brand Support merchandising and collection organization throughout the showroom Assist with buyer appointments, including pulling samples, organizing collections, and maintaining an elevated presentation Assist with packing and processing wholesale orders and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently Help maintain accurate order information, line sheets, samples, and account details Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and showroom needs are handled efficiently Support follow-up with buyers and accounts as neededTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEPrevious experience in fashion wholesale, showroom or merchandising Strong understanding of fashion merchandising and presentation Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with packing and processing wholesale orders Comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented Strong computer and organizational skills Able to multitask and thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with sales, design, production, and operations Passionate about fashion and excited to be part of a growing designer brand
Annual Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience.
