Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time (Mon - Fri)

Location: San Jose, CA Work Setting: School Setting

Responsibilities: Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans Support students with autism and complex behavioral or developmental needs Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, therapists, and support staff Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and behavioral training Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Support nonverbal or minimally verbal students using AAC devices and communication systems Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and educational planning Ensure ethical and evidence-based behavioral practices are maintained Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting

Qualifications: Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience required Experience working with individuals with autism and complex support needs Experience in school-based, special education, therapeutic educational, or nonpublic school settings required Strong leadership, collaboration, and staff coaching abilities Experience training and mentoring staff preferred Adult services experience highly valued
