DC Equipment Operator -2nd shift Shipping - starting at $24.50/hr, 6p-2:30a

Hours: 6p-2:30a M-F with overtime as needed Starting rate: $24.50/hr with the ability to make up to $5.50/hr more for a max total of $30/hr based on individual performance!

Responsibilities: As a DC Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include: Operate and manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery. Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Conduct regular equipment inspections to determine maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to successfully implement daily shipping plans and exceed performance goals. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency. Complete material test reports (MTRs) as needed.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience operating warehouse equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Capability to operate during 2nd shift which could involve potential overtime and Saturday OT. Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in order fulfillment. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds. Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
