The role supports a top-ranked practice handling large-scale domestic and cross-border deals for private equity sponsors and strategic clients. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of M&A experience at an AmLaw 100 firm, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and coordinating due diligence. NY bar admission or eligibility is required.
