Training & Workforce Development Leader

Prolec-GE Waukesha, Inc. is seeking a Training Leader to direct the site's training and workforce development strategy, ensuring employees have the skills, knowledge, and certifications for safe and efficient operation. You will collaborate with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and Human Resources to design programs that support production goals, standards, and employee growth, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
