With multiple clinic locations in Canton and surrounding areas, AultWorks specializes in injury care, worksite health services, pre-placement exams, and return-to-work programs. We are seeking a physician to join our Occupational Medicine team at Aultworks. This candidate would function as both a provider and leader of the practice as the Medical Director. The Medical Director is responsible for providing leadership, medical direction, and guidance to the Aultworks Occupational Medicine program while promoting quality and cost-effective medical care at all levels of the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver clinical occupational medicine services and injury care for employers and their employees. Clinic time will mainly focus on oversight and education of APP’s
Ensure compliance and working knowledge of the regulations governing the workplace, including those issued by OSHA, DOL, EPA, Ohio BWC, and EEOC, in addition to applicable laws such as the ADA and FMLA.

Role will be roughly 70% administrative & 30% clinical
Position Highlights/Requirements:
Part-time, employed position within Aultman Health System

L icen s ed p h y s i cian in t h e S t a te of O hio, or ability to obtain
Meet the physician board c er t i f ica t ion requirements for the Aultman Medical Staff and obtain privileges of the Aultman Medical Staff
Experience in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Orthopedics preferred
O hio B W C, Department of Transportation, & Medical Review Officer certi f ication, or ability to obtain
