Director of AI Governance

Key responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the Responsible AI Framework, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements Partner with data governance teams to establish processes for high-quality data integration into AI solutions Foster a culture of Responsible AI Governance by educating stakeholders on best practices and compliance requirementsRequired qualificationsBA or BS in Business or a related field Extensive experience in privacy, data governance, or AI governance, particularly in healthcare environments Proven track record in implementing compliance or risk management frameworks Experience managing initiatives in a matrix organization and driving cross-functional collaboration Demonstrated ability to work with multi-national clients and navigate multiple jurisdictions
