Outsourced Controller

What You’ll Do: As an outsourced Controller at TGG, you’ll build deep, trust-based relationships with CFOs and business owners and serve as a key support across financial and operational priorities.

Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a long-term partner to CFOs and business owners, supporting growth, profitability, and enterprise value Owning client engagements end-to-end, acting as leader of the accounting team Supporting client retention and engagement success through excellent service and relationship-building Ensuring high-quality client delivery, providing accurate and timely financial statements and deliverables Communicating clearly and confidently with CFOs, executive teams, boards, lenders, and external advisors

What You’ll Bring: We know strong Controllers come from many paths.
