Inventory Associate

Key Responsibilities: Pick, stage, and distribute materials according to work orders and inventory procedures Receive finished goods and accurately update inventory records Prepare customer orders for shipment and meet scheduled delivery deadlines Verify part numbers, quantities, and supporting documentation Package products securely to prevent shipping damage Move materials between stockroom, warehouse, and production areas Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support daily operational tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or material handling experience preferred Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials Ability to lift up to 10 pounds No forklift operation required
