This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Job Duties:
- Repair drills, jig saws, and other power tools
- Inspect repaired tools to ensure proper operation and quality
- Package completed tools for shipment to customers
- Enter repair and tracking information into computer systems
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete required Bosch orientation and onboarding paperwork
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial
- Experience Requirements
- Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality
- Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler
- Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures
