Manufacturing General Laborer - Heavy industry

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Range: $16 - $19 /hr We are expanding and looking to add foundry helpers to our team! Employee Referral Bonus offered: $1,000 Pre-employment

Requirements: Authorized to work in the United States Vaccinations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities: Draw smelted metal samples from furnaces or kettles for analysis, and calculate types and amounts of materials needed to ensure that materials meet specifications Drain, transfer, or remove molten metal from furnaces, and place it into molds, using hoists, pumps, or ladles Prepare material to load into furnaces, including cleaning, crushing, or applying chemicals, by using crushing machines, shovels, rakes, or sprayers Controlling Machines and Processes Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material Performing General Physical Activities Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates

Qualifications: Three years of work experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing setting Authorized to work in the United States You should be proficient in: Forklift Foundry Environment Experience

Meets Physical Requirements: High School / GEDExcellent Communication Skills Shop Math Skills Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Machines & technologies you'll use: Forklifts
