Weight Management Pharmacist - Outpatient Clinical Lead

UC San Diego's Pharmacy Department seeks a Weight Management Pharmacist to provide specialized clinical support for obesity treatments in outpatient settings. You will collaborate with provider teams to initiate, optimize, and monitor weight loss medications, perform patient outreach for adherence and safety, and help resolve access barriers. You will also precept pharmacy students and residents, support clinical teams with education, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives as directed
