Base Salary:
$100,000-$105,000 plus bonus potential, great benefits, & 401KRelocation Assistance Provided on a case-by-case basis
Key Skills:
Multi-Departmental Coordination: Synchronizing F&B and recreation across large-scale operations. Financial Analysis: Managing multi-million dollar budgets and maximizing RevPAR through strategic oversight. Crisis Leadership: Resolving high-stakes guest issues and operational emergencies with speed and composure. Labor Management: Leading and developing diverse, high-volume teams to maintain luxury service standards.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive leadership in high-volume, 400+ room resorts.
Certifications:
