Senior FOIA Supervisory Attorney Advisor

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is seeking a Supervisory Attorney Advisor in FOIA matters with the Office of the General Counsel. You will direct staff, provide legal counsel on FOIA, PA, FISMA, and related laws, and guide agency actions for records requests. You will coordinate intra-agency FOIA matters with DOJ components and interagency parties, and advise on policies and directives to senior management. Strong leadership and legal drafting skills are essential.
