Post Missions You will manage affiliations and population movements, as well as control and process data from Social Declarations. Your role will be essential to ensure the reliability of the rights of insured individuals, contributions, and company accounts. In this role, your missions will be as follows: Register and control the data of companies, establishments, staff categories, covered populations, and guarantees, in compliance with contractual provisions. Process affiliations, cancellations, exemptions, additions or removals of beneficiaries, changes in situation, and portability requests, and ensure the reliability of effective dates. Integrate and control data declared by employers, analyze reports, and identify anomalies related to individuals, contracts, affiliations, and contributions. Investigate the cause of rejections or discrepancies, perform necessary corrections or regularizations, and request additional information from the company or its declarant when required. Control bases, rates, amounts due, and payments, assign settlements, and process discrepancies, overpayments, unpaid amounts, and regularizations. Align contractual data, population movements, and received declarations to ensure continuity and accuracy of rights. Support employers, payroll services, accounting firms, or declarants in understanding anomalies and expected corrections. Detect recurring anomalies, contribute to updating procedures, and propose actions to ensure the reliability of data flows and configuration. Positions based in Montrouge (92) are available as soon as possible. Required Profile With a Bac +2/3 in insurance, payroll, management, or social protection, you demonstrate confirmed experience in managing collective health and/or pension contracts, including processing DSN flows. You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, analytical mind, and sense of control. Knowledge of Active Infinite (Cegedim) is a plus.
