About the job: Our client is seeking a current judicial law clerk to join its growing litigation and insurance practice in Fall 2027. The position is primarily based in the Firm’s Morristown, New Jersey office. We are particularly interested in current those clerking in federal court or state appellate courts with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills who want to build a sophisticated litigation practice after completing their clerkships. Our practice includes complex, high-value insurance coverage litigation, commercial disputes, professional liability matters, class actions, and other civil litigation in state and federal courts. Associates receive meaningful responsibility and hands-on litigation experience from the outset, including substantive briefing, direct client contact, court appearances, depositions, and increasing responsibility for case strategy and management. The Firm places a significant emphasis on attorney development. Qualifications: Current judicial clerkship ending in or around Summer/Fall 2027 Admission to the New Jersey Bar, or eligibility for admission by motion Strong academic credentials The position is primarily based in our Morristown office and offers a hybrid work arrangement, generally including two remote days per week.
