HIM Supervisor

MRO is seeking an Area Supervisor to manage daily scheduling of ROI Specialists across client sites. The role acts as liaison between MRO and Client Management to ensure all ROI activities comply with policies and regulations. Travel is 50% with on-site work in Lincoln, NE and Iowa; when not traveling, remote work is supported. Responsibilities include workload management, PTO and payroll approvals, QA monitoring, and performance feedback under the Area Manager.
