Director of Sales, Distribution

The Role: This is an autonomous, build-it-yourself position. You'll sell Air+ products directly to HVAC distributors across the US and partner with local commissioned manufacturer's rep agencies who call on them. You'll be selling a bipolar ionization line with UL 2998-validated zero ozone, higher ion output, and faster installation than the competition, giving you a clear advantage in every distributor conversation. You'll also generate demand with large contractors and pull through to distributors' counters. This is a national territory, and you'll report directly to the President.

What You'll Do: Win new distributor accounts and get Air+ products stocked and promoted at the branch level Recruit, onboard, and manage commissioned, distributor-focused rep agencies in each region Build excitement with large contractors and direct their purchasing to local distributors Run your own pipeline and forecast, and report on sell-in and sell-through Represent Air+ at distributor shows, rep meetings, and industry events

What We're Looking For: Relationships with commissioned distributor rep agencies (not buy-resell reps) across the USDirect sales experience with HVAC distributors, working alongside local reps to close business Relationships with large contractors that can drive distributor demand Knowledge of the IAQ market and ionization is a plus. We'll train you if you don't 10+ years of HVAC distribution experienceBS or BA requiredA self-starter who thrives without a playbook or daily oversight Willingness to travel 50-60% initially, decreasing over time
