CA Labor Code knowledge and IEA/Self Insurance certificate a plus. REP IIManage caseload, plans of action, and legal arguments for lien negotiationsReview and summarize medical reportsNegotiate with providers by phone; prepare legal exhibitsRepresent cases by phone at lien conferencesRequirements: 1+ year in CA workers' comp lien negotiations. Knowledge of CA Labor Code, WCAB policies, and fee schedules required. IEA/Self Insurance certificate a plus.
