- We are seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers to become an integral part of a growing production team in Vernon Hills, IL. This is a 2nd shift opportunity offering competitive pay based on experience and department placement.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Vernon Hills, IL1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30PM2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM$17.00 – $20.25 per hour (DOE, based on department)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with a team to assemble products or mechanical components
- Rotate through various production tasks depending on department needs
- Operate hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products and components
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues to supervisors
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment
- Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong team player with reliable attendance
