Intellectual Property Patent Agent (Med. Device/EE/BmE/CS/ME), New York

Responsibilities: Prepare and prosecute patent applications. Perform patent landscape and freedom-to-operate analyses. Conduct IP due diligence. Collaborate with a high-performing, collaborative team.

Qualifications: Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering, with a strong background in computer science/software. Two or more years of experience and strong academic credentials preferred. Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or the ability to become registered.

Compensation and Benefits: Anticipated salary range: $135,000 to $200,000; actual base salary offered will depend on experience and qualifications, as well as other job-related factors (skills, education, certifications or professional licenses, geographic location).
